Alaina is the Manager, Development Operations and CRM at Service Year Alliance where she manages the Development team's operations, including donor research, gift stewardship, and special events. She also co-administers the organization's Salesforce database.
From 2012 to 2014, Alaina served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the City of Winooski, Vermont, building their fundraising and volunteer operations and managing the community garden program. Following her service, Alaina worked at Welcoming America and Beauvoir, The National Cathedral Elementary School supporting fundraising and communications.
Alaina is a graduate of St. Michael's College in Vermont. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching barre classes, exploring the DC restaurant scene, improving her Salesforce skills, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
