As the Director of Operations, Jennifer works on a wide variety of technology related projects, primarily focusing on the day-to-day management of both the development and operation of ServiceYear.org as well as the assessment, introduction and/or integration of other platforms as needed to fulfill our mission.

Previously, Jennifer managed IT projects and built business intelligence practice areas for various federal agencies with a focus on agile development. She has managed the development of several enterprise data warehouses, data analytics tools and dashboards, and has hands-on experience as a technical developer and data architect.

Jennifer graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a B.B.A. in Finance. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling. When not at work, Jennifer can usually be found walking her dog, Panda, in and around Capitol Hill or trying out the city's latest new restaurant.
