Doria served with Public Allies (State & National 2014–2015) and Reading Partners (VISTA 2016–2017), where she worked as a Life Skills Instructor and Academic Advisor at Public Allies NY while also supporting fundraising and capacity-building efforts that raised over $500,000 for literacy programs at Reading Partners NY.

She is now a social impact consultant, philanthropy professional, and civic leader, serving as Founder of Your Why LLC, Development Manager at Cool Culture, Board Chair of Food Sospeso, Inc., and a member/advisor on Manhattan Community Board 10. Her work spans nonprofit fundraising, governance, and community engagement, with a focus on advancing equity and expanding access to resources and experience. Doria’s service years ignited her commitment to resource mobilization and community-centered leadership, shaping her approach to building sustainable, mission-driven organizations.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys playing pickleball, writing poetry, and taking wellness walks.
