Drake served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Kyrgyz Republic, where he helped expand access to information for marginalized groups through community radio and digital tools. He later worked for the Peace Corps post in Kyrgyzstan, leading public relations and communications efforts with Kyrgyz national TV and radio to highlight the impact of Peace Corps volunteers.

He currently works as a Community Development Manager at Google, supporting workforce development initiatives and expanding access to opportunity in today’s digital economy. His service experience sparked a lasting commitment to storytelling as a tool for connection, trust, and impact.

Outside of work, Drake enjoys cycling, basketball, art and design, collecting vinyl records, and performing stand-up comedy.
