Geme served as an AmeriCorps Disaster Preparedness Coordinator with the Snohomish County Health Department in Washington State, where she led community engagement and developed public health preparedness programming.

She now works in Investor Relations at New Profit, a venture philanthropy organization that supports and scales social entrepreneurs to expand opportunity and economic mobility across the U.S. Her service year deepened her commitment to community-centered work and continues to shape how she approaches equity, engagement, and systems change.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring art spaces, skiing, and going on walks with her two shih tzu poodles.
