Jada served with AmeriCorps VISTA in Houston, Texas, where she advanced economic empowerment initiatives through her role as Business Development Manager with The Mission Centers of Houston and as Volunteer Coordinator with SPB Houston. Following her service after serving on San Antonio City Council, she continues to lead community-centered impact as Founder of Majestic Royalty Incorporated, focusing on transforming lived experiences into pathways of empowerment and economic mobility.

Her service year strengthened her commitment to sustainable community development, workforce advancement, and uplifting underserved populations. Outside of her professional work, Jada is a motivational speaker and advocate who enjoys creating empowering spaces for women, families, and communities to rise and thrive.
