Noah served two years through AmeriCorps State in the Hilltop neighborhood of Tacoma, Washington, providing in-school support to middle schoolers and running an afterschool community tutoring program. That experience launched what has become two decades of work in community engagement and social impact.
Today, he serves as CEO of the Salt Lake City Public Library, where he leads efforts to position the library as a vital hub for connection, learning, and civic life — work centered on strengthening belonging, expanding opportunity, and bridging divides. In his free time, Noah loves reading, walking his dog in the Salt Lake foothills, and riding bikes with his two daughters.
