Sarah served four terms with AmeriCorps VISTA in New Hampshire, including with the VetCorps program and later as a VISTA Leader with Goodwill Northern New England. Her service focused on public health advocacy during the opioid crisis, supporting veterans and their families, and strengthening community-based nonprofit programs.

Sarah’s current work centers on program coordination, advocacy, and supporting community-driven initiatives designed to expand access and opportunity. Her service experience, especially navigating disability while continuing to serve, deepened her commitment to equity, advocacy, and ensuring that individuals facing barriers are able to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Outside of her professional work, Sarah enjoys walking in nature and dancing to salsa, bachata, and swing music.
