For the second year in a row, the Trump Administration has proposed the elimination of the Corporation for National and Community Service, the federal agency that supports national service programs like AmeriCorps.

If this proposal becomes reality, it will stop 75,000 Americans serving in more than 20,000 communities across the country where they are responding to natural disasters, fighting the opioid epidemic, supporting our veterans, and teaching and mentoring at-risk students. We must take action to ensure that Congress rejects this devastating proposal.
