The Philadelphia Impact Community is led by the Philadelphia National Service Task Force (NSTF), which is composed of three entities: the National Service Task Force Steering Committee, the NSTF Program Council, and the newly created PHL AmeriCorps Alumni Chapter. Each of these groups, representing a total of 30 partners, work together to help move the goal of envisioning a future when a year of service is a common expectation for all Philadelphians.

The Philadelphia Impact Community is currently working on Principle 4: Opportunity for All by finding ways to create access to service years for groups of people who face barriers to taking those positions.
