Our knowledgeable staff offers consulting services, training, and tools to funders, programs, and community leaders. Areas of expertise include starting, expanding, and improving service year programs; with a lens to help strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion of programs; marketing to and recruiting of corps members; and collecting and utilizing data in support of all these functions.
One of Service Year Alliance’s core achievements has been creating mechanisms for knowledge-sharing across the service year field, ensuring that host organizations do not need to reinvent the wheel or duplicate work as they create and strengthen service year opportunities.
Our staff members have worked at three of the largest state service commissions and have expertise working hand-in-hand with AmeriCorps state programs and navigating their specific challenges.
