The Service Year Recruitment Partners program has been in part created by the recognition and desire of many organizations to help Service Year Alliance reach our vision.
Service Year Recruitment Partners will join Service Year Alliance’s national recruitment campaign to develop the pipeline of young people pursuing this transformational service year experience. Organizations that are a part of this program commit to helping recruit and encourage young people to participate in a year of service through their channels.

Commit to providing awareness about alternative potential pathways for young people to college or a career

Commit to including Service Year Alliance materials in outreach to young people
Service Year Recruitment Partners will make use of Service Year Alliance’s resources that encourage young people to explore and enroll in ServiceYear.org — an online marketplace that connects young people with service year opportunities in their communities and across the country.
In recognition, participating Recruitment Partners will be highlighted on Service Year Alliance's website. We will seek your advice and guidance throughout our recruitment campaign and will look for opportunities to feature our work together in public-facing materials.
